At Delilah Designs, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. While we operate on a final sale basis and cannot offer refunds, we do offer size exchanges on eligible items to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
 
Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Items must be:

• In original condition

• Unworn and unwashed

• Free from perfume, deodorant, or other marks​​

 

How To Request Exchange

• Email us at delilahebusiness@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request" and include the following order details:

  • ​Order number

  • Current size

  • Requested Size

  • Reason for exchange​

• We'll confirm stock availability and provide return shipping instructions.

• Ship the item back to our provided address.

• Once we receive your return, we'll ship your exchange item within 7-14 business days allowing time to prepare your order.
